MANAGEMENT
1. General Manager (GM)
The main manager has the highest
authority of the company that is responsible for the ongoing activities of the
company including leading, managing, guiding and directing the organization of
the company, where these activities are to achieve high performance in
producing quality products with a guaranteed quality system that is always
maintained and carried out consistently.
TECHNICAL
MANAGEMENT
1. GM Secretary
The corporate secretary functions as a liaison between the
company and capital market institutions, shareholders and the public. The
Secretary is responsible for monitoring compliance with capital market
regulations and provisions.
2. Factory
Manager
The plant manager has the duty and responsibility in
managing and supervising activities related to production and taking action to
smooth the course of the production process. In addition, the factory manager
has duties and responsibilities:
1) Planning, coordinating, directing
and controlling manufacturing activities which include PPIC, production,
purchasing techniques and warehouses to facilitate the process of achieving
both short and long-term corporate goals.
2) increasing business in the field of
improving product quality, work productivity and controlling operational costs
continuously.
3) Regulate and control the
manufacturing process in accordance with the specified standards.
3. PDQCM (Process Development and
Quality Control Manager)
The PDQC manager is responsible and responsible for checking
raw materials, additives, finished products and packaging materials. Supervise
the production quality analysis, responsible for the completeness of the
laboratory for product analysis and development. In addition PDQCM has the duty
and responsibility:
a. Control all activities of the PDQCM
department in the aspect of the quality control process to ensure the
continuity of the company's activities
b. Responsible for the implementation
of GLP and Calibration in the laboratory and GNP and HACCP are processed in production
c. Control all quality control
activities in the initial process of quality control and results of supervision
and product development.
d. Managing and planning work, work
needs of workers, assistive devices and work facilities as long as they are
within the limits of standard standards that are aligned with management plans
e. Assess / evaluate the work of PDQCM
department staff
4. Finance
and Accounting Manager
The financial manager has the duty and responsibility of
planning, preparing the budget and planning (AOP) to determine the goals to be
achieved. Monitor operational activities in terms of financial aspects so that
they are in line with AOP.
5. Area
Sales and Promotion Manager
The marketing manager (Area Sales
Promotion Manager) has the duties and responsibilities in coordinating product
distribution to the marketing area, performing product sales and demand tasks,
preparing product sales and demand plans, planning and making promotional
plans, and making product sales and demand plans.
6. Branch
Personnel Manager
The personnel manager has the
function of planning, coordinating, directing and controlling personnel
activities which include industrial relations, personnel administration,
security, public relations, and public services to support the process of
achieving both short and long term corporate goals. In addition, the personnel
manager has the duty and responsibility to create harmonious industrial
relations to achieve industrial peace (work peace and business peace) within
the company.
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
1. Production
Supervisor
The production supervisor is tasked
with perfecting the organization, procedures and work systems for achievement
in all aspects. Provide the needs of facilities and work facilities in
accordance with the requirements.
2. Supervisor PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control
This supervisor is in charge of planning the production
schedule and controlling the procurement of Raw Materials (RM) and Finished
Good (FG) raw materials. Planning the arrival of the RM to support the smooth
production process according to the schedule that has been made. Make a
production schedule based on the Confirmed Weekly Order (CWO) received. Monitor
inventory levels from RM and FG warehouses so that the standard and buffer
inventory are maintained
3. Finance
Supervisor
The financial supervisor is in charge of assisting FAM in
carrying out treasury & controllers functions.
4. Cots
Control Supervisor
The financing controller supervisor is responsible for
monitoring the project cost. Usually the cost control does not make a budget
because the budget has been determined in advance before the project starts.
The budget has been prepared by the company, and the task of the cost
controller is to monitor its use.
5. Accounting
Supervisor
The accounting supervisor is in charge of carrying out
verification and control tasks for each expenditure. Coordinate every activity
to record company transactions up to date. Carry out tax payments and tax
reports in accordance with government regulations.
6. Industrial
Relations Supervisor
This supervisor is responsible for assisting superiors in
planning, coordinating and carrying out industrial relations activities to
achieve an optimal level of industrial peace.
7. Administration
and Wages Supervisor
This supervisor is responsible for assisting superiors in
planning, coordinating, and carrying out personnel administration and wage /
social security activities in accordance with applicable regulations.
8. General
Affair and Service Supervisor
This supervisor is responsible for assisting superiors in
planning, coordinating and implementing public service activities, special
services and company licenses according to the provisions.
9. Security
Supervisor
This supervisor is responsible for assisting superiors in
planning, coordinating and carrying out security activities, factory control,
the environment in order to achieve an optimal level of calm.
10. Pubic
Relations Supervisor
This supervisor is tasked with growing and developing good
relations between the company and the public. This good relationship with the
public is aimed at instilling understanding, fostering motivation and
encouraging the public to participate in creating a climate of opinion or
opinion that benefits the company.
